Talent Sync, LLC has been an independent talent management practice since 2014, built on a professional network twenty-five years in the making.
Founder
Lois is a seasoned executive with the keen ability to sync organizations with top talent to achieve their business and financial goals. She is results and relationship-driven, with a strategic focus on talent acquisition, coaching, change management and process improvement.
She possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise, gained over 25+ years of success in the area of talent management, in developing and implementing strategies that help organizations improve their effectiveness and bottom line. Her extensive professional network and ability to create mindful and lasting business connections makes her uniquely qualified to deliver the talent needed to help organizations drive quality and expedient results.
Lois spent eight-plus years with Excella Consulting as the Director of Recruiting, taking the firm from 25 to nearly 150 employees. She has worked as a recruiting professional at Booz Allen, EDS, AMS, Touchstone Consulting and The George Group, and received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Maryland, College Park.
When Lois is not out making connections, she enjoys CrossFit and aerial yoga, playing tennis and golf, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to Arizona, California, Hawaii and New Zealand.

Lois focused her community involvement on pediatric oncology, serving as Founder and President of a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) dedicated to assisting pediatric cancer patients and their families in the DC area. She retired the organization in October 2014.
